Community Conduct Report

Reports are private. They are reviewed only by designated OpenTendril maintainers. Please do not post conduct reports publicly in Issues or Discussions.
Security vulnerabilities must be reported separately via GitHub Private Vulnerability Reporting, not through this form.
Confidentiality. We will respect your privacy, but absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where safety or legal obligations require disclosure.
Response time. We aim to acknowledge reports within five business days.

Include specific actions, words, or behaviours. The more detail you can provide, the better we can investigate.
An exact date is ideal, but an approximate timeframe is also helpful.
Include a repository, issue, discussion, pull request, or website URL if relevant.
Email, GitHub handle, or another method where we can reach you privately.

  • Storage: Report data is stored securely and only accessible to designated OpenTendril maintainers.
  • Access: Only maintainers with conduct review responsibilities can view submissions.
  • Retention: Reports are retained only as long as necessary for resolution and any required follow-up.
  • Deletion: You may request deletion of your report at any time by contacting a maintainer through the same follow-up method you provide.
  • Disclosure: Report details will not be shared beyond the review team unless required by law or to protect safety.
